Manpower is Hiring: 1st Shift Machine Shop/CNC Operators

📍  Location: North Milwaukee (73rd & Calumet)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Machining a variety of metal parts for snowplow product lines
• Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC turning and milling centers
• Performing bench operations to produce high-quality parts with close tolerances and finish requirements
• Operating CNC machinery including turning, chucking, loading, and unloading
• Participating in team-based quality initiatives and training
• Performing maintenance tasks and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ At least 1 year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• ✅  High School diploma or equivalent
• ✅ Ability to  read and follow blueprints and specifications
• ✅ Strong  attention to detail and commitment to quality

Bonus Qualifications:

• ✅ At least 2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience
• ✅ Ability to  read, write, measure, and compute basic math
• ✅  Positive, can-do attitude
• ✅  Dependable and flexible team player
• ✅ Ability to  pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
