What You’ll Be Doing:
- Machining a variety of metal parts for snowplow product lines
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC turning and milling centers
- Performing bench operations to produce high-quality parts with close tolerances and finish requirements
- Operating CNC machinery including turning, chucking, loading, and unloading
- Participating in team-based quality initiatives and training
- Performing maintenance tasks and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ At least 1 year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- ✅ High School diploma or equivalent
- ✅ Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications
- ✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Bonus Qualifications:
- ✅ At least 2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience
- ✅ Ability to read, write, measure, and compute basic math
- ✅ Positive, can-do attitude
- ✅ Dependable and flexible team player
- ✅ Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
