What Youll Do

• Support daily operations from scheduling and tracking tasks to organizing documents and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Handle a mix of projects: small office tasks, supply runs, light maintenance, data entry, and helping wherever youre needed most.
• Learn and use AI tools not just for writing, but for problem-solving, organizing information, and creating smarter workflows.
• Help improve efficiency across departments think How can we make this easier next time?
• Communicate clearly and kindly with teammates, parents, and providers.
• Stay curious and proactive if you dont know how to do something, youre excited to teach yourself how .
