Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate problem resolution to support client retention goals.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with insurance carriers and partners.

Account Management
- Oversee the set-up, ongoing maintenance, and support of client accounts for both H&B and COBRA.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clients' financial and insurance transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and documentation related to account management.

Product and Service Knowledge
- Stay informed about the products and services supported by the agency.
- Research and resolve product and service issues from the field and clients.
- Utilize multiple computer software applications and internal systems, including HRIS and ORS, to respond to client inquiries.

Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain documents and records to ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.
- Participate in product-related projects and training sessions as required.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Management, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance-related experience.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, customer service, billing, and familiarity with health insurance is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

- Proven experience in maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in using various computer software applications and web-based systems.
