Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a creative and driven AI/ML Compliance Engineer to join our innovative team. As an AI/ML Compliance Engineer, you will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to automate and enhance compliance processes. You will focus on implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) for policy mapping and developing machine learning models for continuous control assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP solutions for automated policy mapping, identifying relevant compliance requirements within large volumes of text.


• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for continuous control assessments, enabling real-time monitoring and proactive risk management.


• Work closely with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) experts to understand compliance requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.


• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines for AI/ML model training and deployment.


• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML algorithms and frameworks for specific compliance use cases.


• Document AI/ML model development, performance, and deployment processes.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and their application to compliance.


• Contribute to the development of internal AI/ML best practices and standards for compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.


• Proven experience with NLP techniques, including text classification, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.


• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models for classification, regression, and anomaly detection.


• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.


• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, or ISO is a plus.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
