Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Intern/Emerging Professional that is on AXP track and pursuing licensure, with 2-5 years of experience working in an architecture office in the US.
This is a fully ONSITE position located in downtown Dallas, TX.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Architectural degree from accredited college/university
• 2-5 years of professional experience 
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
• General Building Construction knowledge for SD/DD/CD
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite 
• Draft architectural plans using computer-aided design and drafting software (Revit)
• Add details to architectural plans from knowledge of building techniques
• Specify dimensions, square footage, flooring materials and lighting plans
• Revise redline markups and update plans as needed and revise any additional sheets that are affected by the changes
• Adhere to deadlines and budgets, producing projects in time and in budget.
• Attend bi-weekly department meetings and participate in discussions
• Ability to take direction and perform specific tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail with ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
• Work with a sense of urgency, detail oriented, maintain project flexibility and the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to travel and perform Construction Administration on various projects
