You will also need to ensure that the quality control standards are met.**Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)*** Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.* Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures.* Inspecting parts for defects or damage.* Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.* Maintaining a clean and organized work area.**Requirements*** Be able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics.* Be able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.* Be able to communicate effectively.* Have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn, along with consistent attention to detail.* Following safety procedures and guidelines**Outcomes / KPIs*** Productivity* Quality* Safety* Delivery**Compensation and Benefits*** The starting wage for this position is $17.00 an hour.* Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.* Novanta supports all aspects of your life’s needs.
