In the Assembly Operator position you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components. You will install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line. You will also perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. This position requires the use and operation of various power tools, hoists, and production equipment. Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast paced environment and participate in teams to improve processes.
Please Note: This role is employed by Kelly Staffing Services Temp Agency at the Polaris Osceola location. This role is not eligible for full time Polaris benefits. After working through the temp agency for 90+ days and meeting all safety, quality and performance guidelines, this role may be eligible for full time conversion to Polaris.
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM
