OPPORTUNITY

Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for dependable, committed individuals to join our team.

Our company seeks energetic and ambitious Assistant Managers. Candidates should be comfortable with providing customer service, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong work ethic. Experience should include experience in bookkeeping, leasing, training, and mentoring. The assistant manager must know property management accounting procedures. 

All candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience as an on-site assistant manager of 200 units or more. Candidates should be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior experience with Yardi is a plus.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. A college degree is required. Pre-employment background and drug testing is also required.

We offer a competitive compensation package: $20.00 - $24.00/ hour DOE, an attractive apartment discount, rental incentives, and excellent benefits. Benefits package includes employer-contributed health and dental insurance, 401K retirement plan with employer match, and opportunities for advancement.
