Associate Attorney – Boutique Law Firm | Hammond, IN

A boutique-sized law firm in Hammond, IN is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. With a growing client base and a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their legal career in a well-established local practice.

Position Overview:

• Focus on General Practice, including Municipal Law, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Employment Law, Contracts, and more
• Full-time, in-office role based in Hammond, IN
• Occasional travel required for client meetings throughout Northern Indiana
• Firm of approximately 10 employees, adding this role due to increased client demand

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $85,000 – $110,000, plus bonuses
• Health insurance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience practicing law
• Licensed to practice in Indiana
• Experience in Municipal Law is a plus, but not required
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Willingness to attend evening meetings as needed
