Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the bakery department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

- Oversee inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock accuracy

- Prepare, bake, and display bakery products according to quality standards

- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and special requests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area

- Monitor product quality and freshness, making adjustments as needed

- Collaborate with store management to meet sales and operational goals

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bakery operations or food service management

- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or bakery certification is a plus
