Cabinet and Door Finisher EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We're on the lookout for an experienced Cabinet and Door Finisher to elevate our high-end custom cabinetry. If you have experience spraying Milesi Conversion Varnish, performing color matches, and an eye for detail, apply now!

Requirements

• Proven track record with cabinetry finishing techniques
• Proficient in spraying Milesi conversion varnish, applying stain, and color matching paint and stains.
• A knack for on-the-spot troubleshooting, ensuring a flawless finished product... QUALITY
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly, daily

Responsibilities

• Execute precise finishing work, meeting our uncompromising standards.
• Mix paints and stains to ensure precise color matches.
• Conduct rigorous checks, ensuring each cabinet exceeds quality expectations.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Friday 6:30 am to noon
• Overtime
• Day shift

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

We provide a full range of custom-built cabinetry, including full overlay, flush inset, and beaded inset styles. Our cabinets are handmade from any available wood species on the market. We install our cabinets, with most projects located in a twenty-five-mile radius of downtown Charlotte. Mint Hill Cabinets has a long-standing reputation as one of the highest quality cabinetmakers in the Southeast. We are growing the MHC team to increase our ability to serve the rapidly growing Charlotte area.
