Where you will work: This position will be based out of Astound's Wilsonville, OR office.

A Day in the Life of the Broadband Technician:

• Residential install and disconnects* (data, video, phone) on customer premises
• Ensure/record correct RF and signal levels within specifications
• Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed
• Customer education
• Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• 0+ years' experience, as this is an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow and develop as a Broadband Technician
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license
• Ability to use and climb ladders
• Ability to properly use hand or power tools
• Customer Service
• Communication (verbal, written)
• Basic computer skills
• Aptitude to learn new skills
• Problem solving
• Time management
• Teamwork and working independently
• High school diploma or equivalent

The base salary range in Oregon for this position is $20.00 - $30.87 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Oregon and may not be applicable to other locations.

Broadband Technician I- $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Broadband Technician II- $21.00-$29.40 per hour

Broadband Technician III- $22.05-$30.87 per hour
