Position: Call Center Agent (In-Office, Day Shift - B Schedule)
Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay: $17.30 ($1.50 for a base rate of $18.80)
Schedule: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Thursday, Friday, Saturday; alternate Wednesday

About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Driver Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. This is a fast-paced, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in the transportation industry.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
Escalate issues to field operations or customers when appropriate
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
Take on additional tasks as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months of dispatch or customer service experience (preferred)
