We are seeking an experienced CDC Qlik Replicate Platform Administrator with strong operational expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing platform administration tasks and supporting production operations for the CDC Qlik Replicate platform. This role requires hands-on experience with infrastructure setup, deployment, configuration, upgrades, and operational monitoring in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities Platform Administration

• Manage infrastructure setup, deployment, configuration, and upgrades of CDC Qlik Replicate platform.
• Administer platform components including servers, agents, and connectors. This includes Qlik Replicate server and Enterprise manager UI
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Implement security patches and software updates as needed.
• Maintain documentation for platform configurations and procedures.

Operations Support

• Monitor and support production replication tasks and CDC jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues including replication failures and latency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Past platform operations experience to resolve incidents quickly & manage stakeholders communication.
• Develop scripts and automation for routine operational tasks.
• Maintain logs and audit trails for operational activities.

Required Skills

• CDC Qlik Replicate Platform administration experience (infrastructure setup, deployment, configuration, upgrades).
• Ansible experience for infrastructure as code automation. Azure Devops and Docker experience for containerized deployments.
• This would be needed to make changes in Ansible code and deploy podman
• Linux/Bash scripting experience. This includes Linux commands & Shell Scripting hands-on knowledge (to manage HA(High Availability) and other Linux scripts)
• SQL. This would be needed to manage Postgress DB
• Experience in working with ServiceNow ticket/incident system. This would be needed to work with SNAP Portal
• Good problem-solving skills with a structured way of working and eager to learn
