Certified Nursing Assistant (1099)

Pay rate: $35.00 per hour (1099)

Location: Warm Springs, MT

Shifts:

• 7:00am-3:00pm
• 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 11:00pm-7:00am

Duties:

• Assisting mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients, working under direction of nursing and medical staff.
• Assisting with daily living activities.
• Leading patients in educational and recreational activities.
• Accompanying patients to and from examinations and treatments.
• Restraining violent patients.
• Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.
• Reminding patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
• Noting observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
• Staying up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.

Requirements:

Note: The candidate needs to travel by their own vehicle as there is no public transportation, including Uber or buses nearby the facility.

• Driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
• BLS from American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
