We are seeking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants . Please accept this invitation to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of care, with kindness and compassion, to each resident
• Provide personal care and supervision to residents according to their individual care plan
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor vital signs
• Report observations or changes to the charge nurse
• Follow proper infection control guidelines and PPE usage

​ Qualifications:

• Current Iowa nursing assistant certification
• Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter certificate
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy, and compassion
• 6 months experience working in long term care
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
