Key Responsibilities

As a Charity Events Assistant, you will collaborate closely with nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through well-executed events and outreach initiatives. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs

  • Managing event logistics such as venue setup, registration, signage, and on-site operations

  • Engaging donors, supporters, and community members to promote campaign goals and boost participation

  • Organizing promotional materials, event supplies, and communications to ensure seamless event delivery

  • Updating donor databases, supporting reporting, and conducting post-event follow-ups

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and nonprofit organizations to ensure successful outcomes

  • Participating in ongoing training and team meetings to develop your event planning and outreach skills

  • Are 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
