About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff (CoS) to serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and to streamline executive operations. The CoS will be responsible for optimizing the executive team's time and focus, fostering a results-oriented environment, and ensuring that the team is aligned and directed toward high-impact activities. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in organizational and project management, superior communication skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to execute with urgency, navigate complex environments, and lead with professionalism. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include fostering an operational rhythm, serving as a strategic partner, orchestrating strategic communication, and managing relationships both within the organization and with external stakeholders. The role also involves proactively addressing organizational health issues, overseeing special projects, and leading a team of Executive Assistants. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years' of experience in a scaling organization, with a preference for those holding an MBA and having a background in consulting. They should be adept at influencing outcomes, driving operational excellence, and have a strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly in private markets. The position may require travel for business purposes and company collaboration.
