About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in advancing the adoption of decentralized storage and retrieval platforms. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving operational effectiveness, internal coordination, and leadership support. This high-impact position demands a professional with a strong background in project and program management, particularly in consulting or agency practices, and experience in startup environments. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for operational management, program and team oversight, strategic and leadership support, and stakeholder and communication support. They must have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects, high emotional intelligence, and excellent organizational habits. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff role at the company will have a background in project and program management, with a focus on the consequences of missing deadlines and the ability to progress workstreams with a sense of urgency. Experience in Web3, crypto, or open-source ecosystems is preferred, as is familiarity with team operations, leadership planning, and internal tooling design. The role requires a professional who can maintain visibility into all active initiatives, support coordination between technical, program, and leadership functions, and contribute to leadership planning.
