Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will support the commercial team, working together with the relevant teams to support the company’s customers and patients. You will also be responsible for:

• Assisting clinicians in performing procedures, programming, and patient follow-up
• Serve as a technical conduit between customers and the company
• Educational support of customer clinical staff and patients

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience. You should also have: 

• A minimum of 2 years of medical device clinical specialist experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting implantable medical devices or equivalent
• Medical device industry experience
• Fluency in the English language
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Programs
• Familiarity with Operating Room procedures
• Strong project management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams
