Your Tasks

Support the procurement teams with standard contract templates for different units and subsidiaries of Pilatus
Coordinate and establish templates with the Legal department
Draft and conduct negotiation for all contracts in cooperation with the responsible commercial managers of the procurement team
Coordinate contractual aftermarket topics with the commercial contract manager aftermarket
Create executive summaries of the substantial contracts being negotiated, outlining commercial and legal risks and conditions
Create reports, statistics and analysis, and communicate the results in a meaningful, clear and structured fashion to the Management of all involved Units

With this you convince us

University degree or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years' experience in the field of managing commercial contracts, in particular complex procurement contracts
Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes and procedures
Proficient user of MS Office applications (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English and German on a full professional proficiency level (C1-C2)
Affinity for analysis of complex cases, experience in working with performance indicators and affinity for preparing executive summaries
High degree of interest in aviation
