Green Tree Pharmacy is a long term care pharmacy located in Minonk, IL, which currently serves more than 80+ long term care facilities and assisted living facilities throughout the state of Illinois. As we continue to expand our services, we are in need of a part-time Consultant Pharmacist initially with the opportunity for more as the pharmacy continues to grow. This position is primarily responsible for promoting optimal drug therapy by reviewing pertinent medical information in each residents’ chart and making recommendations for modifications in treatment in accordance with required State and Federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include performing monthly inspections of medication storage areas at the facilities. Consultants may provide drug information in the form of in‑services, and serve as a communication link between the facility and the pharmacy.
