Corporate M&A Associate

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Associate. You will work on high-profile deals in the technology and life sciences sectors while collaborating with industry-leading attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, thrives in high-stakes deal-making, and wants to grow within a top-ranked M&A practice

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3 - 5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier corporate law firm, with a strong focus on high-value transactions.
• Expertise in technology and life sciences sectors is preferred.
• Experience handling complex M&A deals, including due diligence, negotiations, structuring, and closing transactions.
• Strong deal sheet showcasing significant M&A transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
• Active NY Bar membership or eligibility to waive in
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing multiple transactions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary: $250,000 - $300,000.00

• A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance

LOCATION:

• New York, NY (Hybrid)
• Near the Union Square
