Role Overview

Biostate AI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media & PR Intern to help scale content operations and grow our digital presence. This role focuses on content planning, scripting, and coordination . The intern will support automation workflows, help prepare platform-specific content (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reels, Shorts), assist in press release development, and manage aspects of public relations preparation.

Responsibilities

• Research and help script engaging short-form video concepts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Assist in preparing and organizing content pipelines for LinkedIn and X (Twitter) posts
• Support the development of social media strategies to expand Biostate AI’s reach and engagement
• Compile visuals, data, and reference materials for upcoming content
• Stay current with social media trends and propose ways to adapt our messaging for maximum impact
  Assist in preparing press releases, media kits, and PR outreach materials
• Support content scheduling, automation tools, and workflow efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s student (communications, marketing, digital media, or STEM majors welcome)
• Strong interest in social media, startups, and technology—scientific or AI background not required, but willingness to learn is essential
• Experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar)
• Creative thinker, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Time Commitment
20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Compensation
$1,200 per month

Bonus Structure
In addition to base pay, monthly bonuses will be offered for hitting view count & engagement target goals.
