Snowflake is seeking an experienced technology transactions/commercial contracting leader to join our world-class legal team, reporting to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel - Technology Transactions and Alliances. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, collaborative, and pragmatic problem solver who excels at negotiating complex partnership agreements and leading key team initiatives, including driving improvement of templates, processes and cross-functional workflows. Top-tier writing and analytical skills are required. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to recognize and weigh business and legal risks, think strategically, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and advance practical solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a growing legal team and work on cutting edge issues in an exciting environment. This is an in-person role based in Menlo Park, CA or Dublin, CA.
