Job Description

Schedule: Part-Time - Monday - Wednesday and holiday availability. 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Pay: $16-18 /hr based on experience

Under general supervision, the Dishwasher's primary objective is to clean dishware, and complete temperature logs while providing a clean and safe kitchen environment for our team members. End of shift duties include sweeping and mopping floors in the kitchen area and cleaning kitchen equipment. This position will ensure the dish room and equipment are kept clean and organized and may include other responsibilities as defined by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. These responsibilities may differ depending on business necessities and resident requirements. As a representative and team member of dining services, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction in the dining department, lifting up to 50 pounds. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 6 months of dishwashing experience in a restaurant or senior living community setting 
• Experience testing sanitizing solution levels using provided test strips and adjusting as necessary
• Experience completing temperature and sanitation logs
