Pay Range: $17.51 to $24.46 USD

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In concert with campus Concierge, will coordinate daily, weekly and monthly schedules for assigned staff and volunteers providing on campus transportation.
  • Coordination of all off-campus transportation including medical transport to doctors offices and resident trips within designated area.
  • Documentation of transportation requests and actual transportation trips completed.
  • Training and supervision of employees and volunteers assigned to transport and complete package deliveries as assigned.
  • Logistical coordination of vehicle scheduling, maintenance and repair with Facilities Management team and/or public safety team as well as campus leadership team.
  • Maintain awareness of resident mobility safety needs and report accordingly for timely intervention, (i.e. wheelchair maintenance, walker, rollator or other repair needs.
  • Ensures timely reporting of any vehicle problems, accident reports or other potential concerns.
  • Attendance at assigned staff meetings, training and committee meetings as assigned.
  • Responsible to learn and use standard functions within the resident electronic medical record (EMR) to ensure timely reporting of work orders campus-wide.
  • Will develop working skills for use of EMR including general knowledge of Concierge skills to support coverage as assigned to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Will provide prompt reporting to lead concierge or supervisor for coding trip destinations and returns.
  • Will promptly report any change in resident conditions to supervisor.

Will ensure all LFP employees adhere to dress code policy.

Is aware of Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies including those having to do with confidentiality and security of information, and concern for the well being of residents and patients. Demonstrates behaviors and completes work in a manner consistent with these policies.
