Job Description

Compensation: 

• Base Pay: $18.00 / Hour
• Weekly Bonus: Weekly performance bonus based on performance 
• Annual Bonus: Special incentives/bonus each year of employment 
• 401(k) Match: 2%

Shift Time(s): 

• Shift 1:  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (depending on performance)
• Shift 2:  Wednesday (depending on performance), Thursday, Friday, Saturday 
• Shift 3: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver or Driver Helper

• As a Delivery Driver Helper, you’ll Assist drivers with loading and unloading up to 70 packages each day
• Handle large bulky products utilizing proper equipment with weights ranging from 50 - 200+ (team lift)
• Work 4 or more days per week and up to 12 hours per day including breaks 
• Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Work collaboratively with dispatchers, lead drivers, and delivery driver helpers, and operations managers to get the job done
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area according to GPS
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Use hand held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Lift packages up to 200 lbs
  • Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately

Qualifications

• Valid form of ID
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Ability to work as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
