Job Description
We are currently hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our fast-growing event marketing and promotions team . This role offers hands-on experience supporting live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations . It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in event coordination, marketing, brand promotions, or leadership .
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, real-world experience, and clear advancement opportunities .
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport on-site event setup, execution, and teardown for live events and promotional activations
Assist with event logistics , including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration
Engage with attendees to create a positive brand experience and deliver excellent customer service
Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
Represent partner brands professionally with a polished and approachable presence
Contribute to post-event evaluations to improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask with attention to detail in fast-paced event environments
Positive, team-oriented, and professional attitude
Interest in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
No experience required ; full paid training provided
