As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you’ll help bring these events to life—supporting event logistics, engaging with attendees, and making sure everything runs smoothly from setup to success.
🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning, setup, and execution of community outreach events, fundraisers, and public activations
Represent nonprofit and ethical brand partners at live events
Greet and interact with attendees to share information, answer questions, and build rapport
Maintain event materials, promotional signage, and branded displays
Track attendee engagement and gather feedback to improve event outcomes
Support coordination with vendors, venues, volunteers, and internal teams
Contribute to event debriefs, team meetings, and campaign performance reviews
No event experience? No problem! This is an entry-level role with paid training and growth potential. We're looking for individuals who are:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging face-to-face
Organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Passionate about nonprofit work , community service , or event planning
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
