Social Media Agent Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings. Coordinate logistics for events such as venue selection, catering services, and transportation. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Help manage on-site operations during events by setting up, breaking down, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Track event schedules and assist in ensuring all activities run according to plan. Maintain accurate records of event budgets and expenses to assist with financial reporting. Compile feedback from attendees and stakeholders to help improve future events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. Demonstrated passion for events and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
