Overview & Summary:
The EHS Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and company-wide training initiatives. This role ensures regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and the development of a strong safety culture across manufacturing, warehouse, and office operations.
The Manager serves as the company’s primary authority on EHS compliance and training systems, acts as the senior liaison with regulatory agencies, and partners with leadership to align safety and training programs with operational, quality, and business objectives.
