Role Description
This is a contract role for a Family Nurse Practitioner, located on-site in San Antonio, TX. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for delivering primary care services, conducting routine check-ups, managing chronic illnesses, addressing urgent care needs, and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Daily tasks include patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education and support.
