Our client is a family-owned company with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and professionalism—and we’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Terminal / Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead our motorcoach maintenance operations.

If you’re a mechanically savvy leader who can roll up your sleeves, run a tight shop, and keep a fleet moving safely and efficiently, this might be your next move. You must have experience as a diesel mechanic to qualify for this job. Part of the job requirement is to attend to any service emergencies and mechanical needs as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day maintenance for internal and external fleets.
  • Diagnose and repair everything from routine maintenance to major engine and drivetrain issues.
  • Supervise and schedule a team of mechanics
  • Conduct and document inspections, maintenance, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations to minimize downtime
  • Keep detailed records of repairs, parts, and service logs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.
  • Respond to emergencies and support after-hours breakdowns when needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in motorcoach (rear motor) or heavy-duty truck/bus maintenance.
  • Leadership skills in a shop or fleet environment.
  • A valid CDL (Class B with Passenger endorsement preferred).
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities, including electrical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and safety standards.
  • The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
  • Professional communication and a team-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE or OEM certifications
  • Experience with Detroit Diesel, Cummins, or similar engines
  • Familiarity with fleet maintenance software

Compensation & Benefits

  • $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • A team that values your experience, hard work, and leadership
  • Relocation bonus

About Our Client

We’re more than just a fleet, we’re a team of professionals who take pride in doing things right. Safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. If you’re ready to join a company that’s raising the bar in the motorcoach industry, we’d love to meet you.
