Front Desk / Customer Service

A local water delivery company is looking for an energetic and motivated Front Desk and Inventory candidate who is skilled in customer service and managing high volume phones!

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk / Customer Service Associate to handle phones, assist walk-in customers, manage inventory counts, and support daily office operations. This role is customer-facing and physical at times. We are looking for long - term candidates only!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide professional, friendly customer service
• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Count and manage inventory
• Place supply orders as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Lift and carry 50-lb water jugs to customer vehicles (non-negotiable requirement)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Customer service experience (front desk preferred)
• Inventory counting or basic inventory management experience
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
