Gastroenterologist Hospitalist Positions AdventHealth Fish Memorial, Orange City, Florida 40 minutes north of Orlando, no State Tax and less than one hour from the beach!!

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) in collaboration with AdventHealth Fish Memorial and AdventHealth DeLand are seeking Gastroenterologist Hospitalists to be part of our team.

GI Hospitalist Overview :

• Starting Salary at $700,000 plus signing bonus and relocation!! NO STATE INCOME TAX
• The GI Hospitalist would cover AdventHealth Fish Memorial or DeLand as we have an opening at either location.
• Physician will cover inpatient GI consults from the floor and emergency department.
• Easy access to endoscopy suite for procedures and should be comfortable with all aspects of Gastroenterology
• We have the capability ERCP and EUS
• Our network is aligned with our Digestive Health Institute providing multidisciplinary care to patients across the spectrum of digestive disease.
• Medical Oncology, Radiation, Surgical support all available within the market and on site
• 7 on/7 off; 182 shifts/year

Board Certification in Gastroenterology (ABMS or AOA) is required.

The practice is a part of AdventHealth Medical Group. This is an employment opportunity that includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation. Hospital Description

The facility is a 250+ bed campus and began as Fish Memorial in 1952, in DeLand, Florida. In 1994, the hospital was renamed Volusia Medical Center and relocated to Orange City to serve the growing population of southwest Volusia County. In 1996, the Adventist Health System purchased Volusia Medical Center and in 1998, renamed the facility Florida Hospital Fish Memorial to honor the hospitals benefactor, Judge Bert Fish. In 2003, Florida Hospital Fish Memorial expanded and in 2007 Fish Imaging opened on the hospital campus. In 2015, Deltona Health Park opened as part of our continued promise to provide quality health care to the residents of Southwest Volusia County and Fish Imaging relocated to Deltona Health Park. In January 2019, the hospital was renamed to AdventHealth Fish Memorial.
