Overview Global Product Marketing Manager role at TikTok focusing on App Ads and Gaming within the Monetization Product organization. Responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok and driving go-to-market strategy, product planning, and market insights to support customer acquisition, retention and monetization objectives. Responsibilities Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's App Ads products, including flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to explore new solutions and gather early insights for product planning. Become the product expert by assessing product-market fit through alpha and beta testing, establishing a closed loop to gather timely feedback and ensure launches meet customer expectations. Set the vision for product launch and GTM strategy, and partner with regional and cross-functional teams to drive in-market activations, sales enablement and product adoption. Influence product requirements with customer feedback and market insights, becoming a trusted partner to product and a thought leader in the problem/solution space. Contribute to establishing a high-caliber product marketing team by sharing best practices and evolving processes and frameworks for the team and PSO organization. Qualifications BA/BS degree or above. 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products. 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry in a measurement capacity. Strong knowledge of app measurement industry solutions (SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P attribution, MMP, etc.) and experience with qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills; ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for diverse audiences. Ad delivery or delivery automation solution experience with a technology company, media agency or consulting firm preferred.
