Backend: DB2 and IMS
Compile and Run: JCL
Tools: Splunk,ELF,Postman,
File Processing: VSAM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Developed query script to assist team with data extraction
Ensured successful processing of millions of records daily with adjacent systems
Prioritized and resolved over 1500 ITSM incidents
Prepared reports for platform stability and visibility of issues
Provided audit and operational risk event support
Identified and reported over 250 issues through Jira
Remediated customer account issues due to missing or invalid data
Created and updated documentation on relevant issues and for monitoring purposes

Salary Range - $85,000 to $105,000 per year Tata Consultancy Services
