Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developed query script to assist team with data extraction
- Ensured successful processing of millions of records daily with adjacent systems
- Prioritized and resolved over 1500 ITSM incidents
- Prepared reports for platform stability and visibility of issues
- Provided audit and operational risk event support
- Identified and reported over 250 issues through Jira
- Remediated customer account issues due to missing or invalid data
- Created and updated documentation on relevant issues and for monitoring purposes
Salary Range - $85,000 to $105,000 per year Tata Consultancy Services
