New Locum open in Eureka, CA for NP/PA Heme/Onc-December 1st start-$120 Hr-CA license only

LOCUM- Oncology NP/PA

REOPENED as provider confirmed has cancelled.


Rate increased to $120 Hr.

We are looking for one full time locum provider to cover Monday- Friday (8am-5pm). There will be a lunch hour between 12-1.


Please ensure the bid reflects the below (NOTING THOUGH Friday's will be different so only 4 hours will apply on Friday).
o Guaranteed hours: 8 per day (excluding Friday)
o OT applies applies after 10 hours per day


OT must be approved by clinical operations.


Providers should be able to get the work completed in their scheduled time so excessive OT should not accrue. We could look at an option of a read/study rate if the providers are feeling like there is not enough time in their scheduled day to complete work but will visit this option only IF needed.

Bone marrow biopsies preferred.


We are a outpatient clinic, attached to the main hospital and chemotherapy center. Privileges will be needed due to the clinic being attached to the main hospital.


Please note that the privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours. Application should be submitted within 5 days.

o All specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty.
o Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained.
o Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.
