Key Responsibilities
*Provide individual and small-group counselling to high school students, addressing social–emotional, academic, and personal challenges.
*Design and deliver wellbeing lessons, workshops, and preventative programmes that support adolescents’ growth and resilience.
*Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ overall wellbeing.
*Maintain accurate records, follow safeguarding procedures, and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards.
*Contribute to the school’s pastoral care initiatives, including advisory programmes, transition support, and crisis response.
*Support whole-school wellbeing initiatives, such as mental health awareness events, parent education, or peer support programmes.
Qualifications & Experience
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in School Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
*Recognised counselling certification or licensure.
*Experience working with adolescents in a school setting, ideally in an international or bilingual context.
*Strong understanding of adolescent development, cross-cultural issues, and evidence-based counselling approaches.
*Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
*Training or experience in safeguarding, crisis management, or child protection is an advantage.

**Able to lead pastoral programme
Salary Range:
A salary CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
