We are currently looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Healthcare Pharma Services team in Minneapolis, MN or New York, NY.

Responsibilities

Lead M&A transaction advisory for healthcare and pharma clients. Work cross?functionally to develop financial models, prepare client presentations and support deal execution including due diligence and closing. Collaborate with senior bankers and client teams to create investment banking solutions and deliver high?quality client service.

Qualifications

• 1?2 years of investment banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience
• Experience with M&A transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and an ability to learn in a fast?paced environment

Benefits

Competitive total compensation including base salary of $135,000 $225,000 and incentive compensation. Full?time, senior?level role. Piper Sandler values a strong culture dedicated to the well?being of employees.
