Salary: $25.00 - $30.00

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers for a highly regarded local plumbing company specializing in residential and new construction projects . This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who value craftsmanship, teamwork, and a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Work on residential and new construction job sites
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and building plans
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
• Keep accurate records of time, materials used, and work performed
• Troubleshoot and repair systems including water heaters, pressure tanks, pumps, and sewage ejector pumps

Positions Available & Pay Rates:

Apprentice Plumber

• Starting wage: $20/hour (depending on experience)
• Eligible to enroll in the Montana Plumbing Apprenticeship Program (4-year program)
• Pay raises awarded upon completion of each year of schooling and training

Journeyman Plumber

• Starting wage: $35/hour (depending on experience)
• Must hold a Montana Journeyman Plumbing License
• Company vehicle provided

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber or relevant plumbing experience as an Apprentice
• Familiar with plumbing materials and systems including PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Solid understanding of local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Valid Driver's License required
• Montana State Plumbing License preferred (for Journeyman) or ability to obtain license within 3 months
