Meyer Distributing is looking for Junior Full Stack developers to join our Indianapolis, IN team. We are hiring immediately!

Schedule: (In office) Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements for Junior Full Stack Developers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience (internships or academic projects acceptable) in full stack development
• Strong understanding of C# and the .NET Framework/Core
• Familiarity with one or more JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of version control systems preferably Git
• Prefer experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services
• Familiarity with agile development practices
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Full Stack Developer duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using C# (.NET)
• Build responsive and use friendly front end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting application issues
• Follow coding best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes and tools
