Harrell Commercial Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a reliable Live Chat Agent / Customer Service Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our online chat and email channels. Your main responsibility will be to provide professional, timely, and accurate support while ensuring that every customer feels valued and informed.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
Provide information about services, scheduling, and billing.
Escalate complex technical or service-related issues to the appropriate team.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Maintain a courteous and professional tone across all communications.
Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously without losing accuracy or efficiency.
Requirements
At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or online support experience.
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
Fast and accurate typing skills; ability to multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
