Henry Ford St. John's Surgery Center is looking for 1 additional CRNA to cover a leave of absence starting January 2026

Job Description:

• Coverage Jan 5, 2026- April 3,2026
• Practice setting is a surgical center.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Documentation system used is Cerner.
• CRNA will work under a supervision model.
• Surgical cases per day range from 7 to 20, depending on case types.
• Pain management cases range from 0 to 10 per day.
• OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident.
• The facility has 3 operating rooms at one site and 5 at another.
• Patient demographics include pediatric to geriatric patients, excluding neonates.
• Required procedures include general surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients.
• With experience is preferred

Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:

General and IV sedation for plastic
General surgery
Robotic surgery
ENT
Orthopedic
Podiatry

Locations:

• St John Surgery Center21000 E. 12 Mile St. Clair Shores
• North Macomb Surgery Center 17700 23 Mile Rd Macomb

One provider to cover both centers, although the majority of the days would be assigned to the 12 Mile location. We do specify that the individual may be needed at the other location some days. We would not expect the individual to travel between locations on a single day.

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Henry Ford does not reimburse for background checks or credentialing fees

Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
Active MI license - REQUIRED
Clean Background- REQUIRED
ACLS & BLS through AHA - REQUIRED
Conversion Rate cap- $18k- Required at time of presentation
Must meet rate cap of $250 inclusive of malpractice, will consider paying separate mileage only
Local Providers- Highly preferred- will consider travel providers if travel is included in rate cap of $250
Looking for a provider that is willing to do pediatric cases- Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Michigan
