GENERAL PURPOSE: The Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition will drive the development and day to day execution of the recruitment team, Supporting our Supply Chain and Distribution Centers. This role is responsible for driving excellence in talent acquisition by fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Corporate Talent Acquisition department is dedicated to identifying and hiring the right talent efficiently to meet business needs. The base salary range for this role is $108,800 - $165,950. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Lead, engage, develop and retain team of recruiters. • Partner with senior management and functional business areas to develop and execute staffing strategies and initiatives for current and future needs • Align with Corporate HR Business Partners on client groups vison, strategic initiatives and staffing plans to ensure Talent Acquisition provides effective support model. • Ensure that the recruiting needs of the functional team are met while driving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction through monthly/quarterly reviews with the business • Partner with TA Leadership to develop and execute recruitment processes and evaluate compliance regularly • Strengthen the brand of the Talent Acquisition team by continuously delivering on expectations, and communicating successes and wins throughout the organization • Champion the recruiting culture, and develop a talent pipeline, that creates candidate flow and increases business partner involvement in the recruiting process • Enable and track team's ability to utilize the ATS, CRM and other recruitment technology. • Adopt and develop the Talent Advisor mindset for self and team. • Participate in Monthly Operational Reviews to review performance metrics and forecast future needs. • Support recruiting initiatives as needed in the areas of:...You can learn more about us here Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Success Specialist to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our customer success processes.
