Job Title: Marketing Associate Location: On-Site Base Salary: 65K+ depending on experience Performance Bonuses: Eligible for performance-based bonuses linked to campaign effectiveness and creative contributions. Job Summary: As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing efforts across various channels. This role involves developing marketing materials, conducting market research, and analyzing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to create cohesive branding messages and facilitate strategies that drive business goals. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & UX Optimization: Build and maintain marketing landing pages and websites, ensuring modern UX/UI principles for better engagement and conversion rates. Optimize existing websites through A/B testing, layout improvements, and performance tracking. Creative Branding & Content Strategy: Develop branded marketing assets, write compelling copy for various platforms, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. Marketing Automation & Lead Generation: Manage workflows in Salesforce and Pardot, conduct quality control on incoming leads, and refine audience targeting strategies. Paid Media & Digital Advertising: Collaborate with external agencies on LinkedIn Campaign Manager ad campaigns, analyze ad performance data, and adjust targeting for better ROI. Email Marketing & Outreach: Design and execute email campaigns, set up automation, and monitor performance metrics. Reporting & Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing KPIs, review call tracking data, and align marketing efforts with revenue goals. Project & Vendor Management: Coordinate marketing projects, work with external designers and agencies, and manage marketing assets and documentation. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in marketing, with a focus on website development, UX optimization, and digital marketing. Behavioral Competencies: Creativity, strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, adaptability, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, time management, proactive attitude.
