Base pay range $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr Role overview This role is designed to help keep projects within Clearfork Creative moving according to the processes in place. Using different management tools to keep work flowing, the traffic manager will schedule and manage projects, allocate resources and partner with the account team to prioritize and problem-solve. Key Responsibilities Project Scheduling and Management: Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Resource allocation: Assigning tasks and projects to appropriate team members based on their skills and availability. Prioritization and Problem-solving: Partnering with the accounts team to assess project priorities, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for key stakeholders in each project.
