Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist & Medical Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare practice looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist & Medical Assistant to join our team! Must be comfortable being on your feet and walking with patients throughout the day.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am-1pm
Estimated Start Date: November 24th - Flexible
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Verify Insurance and process patient payments
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, take messages, etc.
Perform basic clinical tasks: vitals, injections ( With MA Certification), perform basic treatments with patients, etc.
Maintain patient charts and EMR documentation
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
MA certification is a plus (not required for receptionist duties)
Positive attitude and team-oriented
