We are a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services for private practices. We help physician-owned practices, dental offices, and outpatient clinics streamline billing, reduce denials, improve collections, and lower overhead.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hunter-minded sales professional who can open doors and close deals with private practice owners and office managers. This is not a “large hospital” role — it’s about building relationships in the community, meeting face-to-face, and selling solutions that directly impact a practice’s bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of private practice opportunities.
• Present and position our RCM solutions as high-ROI, efficiency-driving services.
• Negotiate and close contracts with decision-makers (owners, office managers, head billers).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects, activity, and pipeline status.

Requirements

• Proven track record of selling services to private physician practices, dental offices, or outpatient clinics .
• Experience in medical billing, RCM, healthcare SaaS, EHR, or similar healthcare services is preferred.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
• Strong in-person sales and relationship-building skills.
• Able to explain ROI in financial terms that resonate with small practice owners.
• High energy, high activity level, and disciplined follow-up habits.

Compensation

• Base salary + uncapped commissions.
• Commission tied directly to collected revenue from accounts sold.
• First-year realistic earnings: $80K–$120K+ (base + commission), with top performers earning more.
